Hi, I’m Martine Simmonds Thimont
I am an organisational design, strategy and change consultant; a trained personal and business coach, a film maker and supporter of the arts.
My curiosity has enabled me to create a career which has cut across a number of disciplines, from finance (FCMA), to film making, to leading the design of new organisations, to partner in charge of change management globally.
I have 25 years’ experience as a management consultant, working for major global consultancy firms as both a consultant and a partner. My experience is deep, being curious to learn and create new methodologies, working across sectors both private and public, with regulators, and in the arts and with charities.
In consulting, I provide support, challenge and expert guidance and facilitation. As an accredited coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation, I give people space to think, to uncover their inner wisdom to create the choices that lead to a fulfilled life.
