A representative industry body required industry consensus for the merger of four organisations. As project lead, I led the team to create the design options for the legal and management structure; the operating model and service provision; the options for incorporating another entity; and the board composition and corporate funding options.

We gained key stakeholder feedback across the industry and regulators and following this created a report making recommendations and communicating the feedback we had received. The Report was provided to the Industry Strategy Forum and achieved approval for the merger to take place.
