Accelerated Organisation Design

The core Executive team of a medical diagnostic company had undertaken a number of acquisitions over the past few years and after one particularly large acquisition, it was clear that the operating model and the organisational structure were no longer optimal. Following two separate 1 day workshops with preparation and some work in between, the Executive team co-created a redesigned target operating model and organisational structure to be able to deliver their business goals.

Similarly for a large organic food producer, an Accelerated Design approach was used with the Executive team to redesign the company’s operating model and the organisational structure. The Executive team so liked the approach and the insight that it provided, that they requested to use similar facilitated sessions with each of their Divisions.
